| E11/E21 | Channel M1/M2 connection abnormal | Please switch connection port. If it shows the same code, please change the connection cable. If it still shows a different code, please replace the lift column. |
| E12/E22 | Current-sensing circuit abnormal | Please unplug and re-plug the connection cable. Check the connection status to make sure it is properly connected. If it still shows the same code, please change the control box. |
| E13/E23 | Circuit default phase | Please switch connection port. If it shows the same code, please change the connection cable. If it still shows a different code, please replace the lift column. |
| E14/E24 | Hall sensor default | Please unplug and re-plug the connection cable. If the issue persists, reset the table. If it still doesn’t work properly, please change the lift column. |
| ‘8.8.8\\…’ | Bad connection between keypad and control box | Observe the connection part is good. If not, please change defective parts. |
| Set Maximum Height Limit | Set Maximum Height Limit | Raise the desk to the desired maximum height. Press M and the Up button together for 5 seconds until ?MAX? appears on the display. Lower the desk to the desired minimum height. |
| Cancel Maximum Height limit | Cancel Maximum Height limit | Press M and the Up button together. When you hear beeps, it means the feature is cancelled. |
| Set Minimum Height Limit | Set Minimum Height Limit | Lower the desk to the desired minimum height. Press M and the Down button together for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. This sets the minimum height limit. |
| Cancel Minimum Height limit | Cancel Minimum Height limit | Press M and the Down button together. When you hear beeps, it means the feature is cancelled. |
| Safety Lock Feature | Lock and unlock the table | Press the Up and Down buttons at the same time for 5 seconds until LOC appears on the display. All buttons on the standing desk will be inactivated and no change can be made. Press the Up and Down buttons together again to unlock the Keypad and all of the tables features. |
